Starting as Bretonnia is kind of difficult as you won't have enough troops to take Marienburg or to expand anywhere else really. Going south gives diplomatic penalties, and going east is impossible unless I have more land which I can't get. Try to get the army of Marienburg out of their city, destroy them in open battle, and then occupy their city.
